About Ray Goh

Ray Goh holds a MSc in Professional Accountancy with distinction from the University of London (by University College London) and BA in Economics & Social Sciences from the University of Manchester, UK. He started his career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia and completed his ACCA examinations. During his tenure with PwC, he was involved in various audit engagements of public listed companies such as Sime Darby Berhad, Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad, and multinational companies such as Mondelez International and Cadbury Confectionery. He developed a strong interest in understanding the real estate market, particularly in the valuation of industrial properties and land.

Ray Goh has extensive international exposure and experiences, from studying abroad in the UK, working as a finance manager in Singapore, and business partnership in Shanghai, China. He enjoys servicing international clients and promoting Malaysia’s goods and services. Prior to joining the real estate industry, he ran an agriculture produce export business and fruit distribution business in Shanghai, China.

He developed a strong business acumen from these valuable experiences, and saw the growth potential and opportunity in investing Malaysian real estate, particularly the industrial segment. He believes the current global geopolitical development leads the world to eye on South East Asia for investment opportunities. Blessed with abundance of natural resources, Malaysia’s strategic location and strong infrastructure help to attract billions of dollars in foreign direct investments (FDIs).

He founded this website with an ultimate objective of providing useful information to clients in making great investment decisions. His mission is to help the clients to expand the industrial real estate portfolio in Malaysia and unlock its potential value. He envisions to become the most influential market leader in Malaysia’s industrial real estate segment, achieving the largest market share in all industrial transactions.
